Former Assin Central MP and New Patriotic Party (NPP) flagbearer hopeful, Kennedy Agyapong, is expected to storm Wasa Akropong on November 22 for the grand durbar of the Adim Keseɛ Festival.
According to his campaign team in Wasa Amenfi East, Kennedy Agyapong will use the opportunity to meet some NPP delegates in the constituency. The team says he will also speak to them about his vision for the party and the country as he continues his campaign for the NPP flagbearership.
The Adim Keseɛ Festival, celebrated by the people of Wasa Akropong, attracts traditional leaders, politicians, and visitors from across the region. The presence of Kennedy Agyapong is expected to draw a large crowd as festivities reach their peak on the final day.
His visit is part of his broader tour across the Western Region as he continues to engage party delegates ahead of the upcoming internal elections.
