The Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for Wasa Amenfi East, Hon. Raymond Nana Ebbah, has announced that the new B-School classroom block is expected to be completed within six months.
He made this statement during the sod-cutting ceremony at the school where the construction is taking place. The new building will allow B-School pupils to relocate, making space for work to continue on the Wasa Akropong Mini Stadium project.
Hon. Ebbah explained that the timeline for the project follows the directive of the President, H.E. John Dramani Mahama, who has asked that the construction be completed as quickly as possible.
According to him, seed money for the project is already available, which means the contractor will not face financial delays. He assured the community that the government is committed to ensuring the project is finished on time to support education and development in the municipality.
Hon. Ebbah also encouraged residents to cooperate with authorities while the construction goes on, stressing that the project will benefit both the pupils and the entire community.
