A member of the Bryan Acheampong campaign team in Wasa Amenfi East, Forster Forson, has stated that the New Patriotic Party (NPP) urgently needs a serious rebranding to become more attractive to voters. He made this comment during an interview with Agya Yaw Obeng Preko on Asona FM.
According to Forster Forson, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has become so appealing that their supporters confidently wear party T-shirts even to church. He believes this level of confidence and visibility shows how attractive the NDC brand has become.
He argued that for the NPP to regain its appeal, delegates must vote for Bryan Acheampong as the party’s flagbearer. He said Bryan Acheampong has the right vision and strategies to rebuild the party’s image and make it more appealing to the public.
Forster Forson added that with Bryan Acheampong as flagbearer, the NPP will be able to introduce stronger branding, better engagement with the grassroots, and renewed confidence among supporters.
He urged delegates to consider the future of the party and choose a leader who can make the NPP competitive and attractive once again.
