The Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for Wasa Amenfi East, Hon. Raymond Nana Ebbah, has described this year’s Farmers’ Day celebration at Wasa Abroyire Krobo as one of the best in the history of the municipality.
Speaking at the event, he praised the level of planning and organization, saying every aspect of the celebration was well executed. According to him, the coordination, participation, and support from the community made the occasion a remarkable success.
Hon. Raymond Nana Ebbah also commended the farmers for their hard work and dedication throughout the year. He emphasized that their contribution to food production and local development remains essential to the progress of Amenfi East.
He further encouraged residents to continue supporting farmers and to take advantage of opportunities in agriculture to improve their livelihoods.
The event brought together traditional leaders, government officials, farmers, and community members who celebrated outstanding farmers and recognized their achievements.
